Help us crown the new champ 👑

Ribfest is back! Dust off those digits and grab your emergency napkins because we’re making sure things get saucy. Join us on Saturday, September 28 from 2-8pm, as Chefs Ryan Lister and Steven Dowdell welcome some special guests for some serious competition:

  • Zoltan Pozsonyi (Ontario ribfest legend)
  • Bob D’ambrosio from Kendale Products
  • Tara Lee, Chef de Cuisine at Eastbound Brewing
  • Andrew Piccinin, District Executive Chef, O&B
  • John Horne, District Executive Chef, O&B

Help us crown this year’s Uncle Jack’s Full Rib Champion in honour of our late friend and colleague Jacky Lo.

Taste a variety of finger-licking-good ribs like St. Louis Pork Ribs or the unique Dill Pickle Pork Belly Ribs and cast your vote for your favourite to win the coveted Ribfest champion title and championship belt!

So send September off right and join us for a special menu of mouth-watering eats, cold beer and a healthy dose of competition. The battle is on!
